J.” Shockley (born 23rd March 1983) is an ex- American football player. He was selected by the Atlanta Falcons in the seventh round of the 2006 NFL Draft where he served as an assistant quarterback for more than four and a half years. He played football in college in Georgia’s University of Georgia. In addition, he’s a part of the Phi Beta Sigma fraternity.

As redshirt freshman, playing in 10 contests, Shockley completed 32-of-52 passes (61.5 percent) with 415 yards.
